Mark's role at SCC includes ministry to seniors, teaching, visitation, and participating in the music ministry.
Mark came to Shively right out of Cincinnati Christian University in 1969 to serve as Minister of Youth and Music. He served as Minister of Paoli Christian Church in Indiana from 1990-1992, and as an Associate Minister at Fairdale Christian Church 1992-1994. He returned to SCC as Pastoral Care Minister in 1995.
Mark and his wife Linda have two children - Christy and Jeff (both married) and two grandchildren - Clay and Taylor.
He enjoys singing, playing the bass guitar, listening to gospel music, doing yard work and spending time with friends and family - especially with his grandchildren.
Mark is an avid University of Kentucky basketball and football fan, complete with Kentucky blue sportcoat and tie.
